Annie Namala : Trained in social work, she has had an engaging journey working with communities, building community led organisations, networks and platforms, research and advocacy. She is one of the founder members of CSEI.

Ashok Kumar : With an experience of over 18 years in social sector and certificate courses in financial accounting and rural development, he leads the Admin and Finance department of Bihar.

Bittoo Singh : He has an experience of 10 years with 8 years in the aviation sector and 2 years in sales department. He is now working with CSEI, Delhi as an office assistant and and assists in administration.

Chandrakanta Bharti : She is a social and women’s right activist against patriarchy and caste based society, and also a painter and writer. She started with an assistant professor with a sense of responsibility to pay back our society and worked with an organization on issues of caste-based discrimination and human rights and now works on Right to Education of children from socially excluded communities.

Karandeep Bhagat : With a 'CHILD' in and at heart has spent last 6 years in child right's activism and real realization of right's of every child. Presently endeavors and strives to bend perspectives of different stakeholders towards entitlements and right's.

Kislay Kumar : With an expertise in cooking the tastiest of meals and a keen interest in serving the society, he takes care of the field office in Bihar.

Rahul Charan : Worked as office assistant for 4 years before everyone including himself discovered his ability to engage and connect with youth and his knack for leading experiences. He is now a role model for the communities we work with by being the messenger of transformation and supports our partner CLO’s to implement Khel Se Mel on ground and currently working as a associate coordinator.

Satyendra Kumar : He is a development professional who has been working in the field of human rights research and policy advocacy for past 10 years, primarily focusing on the social, economic and cultural rights of Dalit and Adivasi children and youth. He has worked with a number of Dalit and Adivasi organisations at both the grassroots and national levels for several years. He has been intensively engaged with civil society organizations led by marginalized communities in Bihar for the promotion and protection of Dalit and Adivasi human rights, and currently heads the CSEI Bihar unit as State Director.

Santosh : He is IAS aspirant, working for Data Base Management System(DBMS) in education and employment areas for marginalize youth in Delhi from last 1 year. He is working here as Intern from last 15 months.

Shazia Shaheen :

Sourabh Kumar : Having come from the marginalized community of Patna himself, he has a strong connection with the community and a unquenching passion for the development of his people. He works as the cluster coordinator in Bihar.

Trish Pal : He is widely know as youth & development program designer with having more than 18 years of diverse experiences with communities and youth. He contributed in especially youth development, adolescent health, child rights, women entrepreneurship, climate change (sustainable eco-village development), media strategic planning for rural and urban area through workshops and programs. He has rich experiences of organizing trainings & workshops on theatre and life skills. He is an expert in networking with government bodies, CBOs, NGOs, program management and budget monitoring.

Upendra Manjhi :  Upendra Manjhi, an emerging community leader, motivator, great presenter, education activist and Play for Peace (PFP) certified trainer etc. has been working with youth, children and women in Bihar. He is leading Bihar Ambedkar Student Forum (BASF) - a national platform of school, college and university going Dalit, Muslim and Adivasi youth.
